Ecological: Tiger sharks are predators to many animals, including other sharks, sea turtles, fishes, and mollusks. They are known for their large appetite and they usually do not have problems finding food due to their razor sharp teeth that allows them to chew up just about anything they desire to eat.
Economical: Tiger sharks benefit humans in many ways, one being the vitamins they supply. Their livers hold high levels of vitamin A which is turned into vitamin oil. Their fins are also believed to help with healing of wounds. |
